Payment Methods: Paypal or Proccessed through Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, Money Orders and Checks.

NOTE:  If you are receiving a Shipping Address Match ERROR Message from Paypal please check that you have the same shipping and billing information listed with both Paypal and Ironmachine. You can also bypass this issue by using the ( I Do Not Have A Paypal Account ) option when you get to the Paypal payment page and pay with an ATM/Debit or Credit Card using the Paypal System.

ONLINE ORDERS: Processing an order online constitutes a Prepaid Special Order and your Credit Card is Charged at the time of Online Order Success.

MILITARY SHIPPING: IRONMACHINE Provides FREE SHIPPING on all orders shipped in the USA and to Members of Our Armed Forces World Wide.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: IRONMACHINE attempts to ship all DOMESTIC Orders within 2 working days of Receipt!
Orders shipped to a U.S. Address are sent using either:
USPS Express Mail® ( 2 Days ) (((By Customer Request & Pre Payment)))
USPS Priority Mail® ( 1-8 Days ) ((FREE))
USPS First-Class Mail® ( 1-8 Days ) ((FREE))
USPS Parcel Post® ( 3-8 Days ) ((FREE))
USPS Media Mail® ( 3-8 Days ) ((FREE))
Depending on destination and or value.


SALES TAX:
7.75% California State Sales Tax charged on all orders shipped to California addresses.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & SHIPPING: IRONMACHINE attempts to commence process of International Orders within 5 working days of Receipt.
After Receipt of Your International Order Shipping Costs are Calculated and IRONMACHINE will request by e-mail from the customer Paypal payment for shipping costs.

USPS Priority Mail® International (6-10 Days)
USPS First-Class Mail® International (Varies=Days).
IRONMACHINE abides by all U.S.A. & International Laws related to Commercial Invoices & Customs Forms.

RETURNS: IRONMACHINE guarantees all IRONMACHINE Products for 90 days against defects in materials and workmanship.
If you are not 100% pleased with your order please contact us within 90 days for a replacement or refund.
Ironmachine Reserves the right to Decline Returns of Special Order Items, Electrical / Electronic Components and Service / Parts Literature.
Components from other Manufactures are subject to OEM Guarantees.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

REFUNDS: Should IRONMACHINE determine a Refund shall be issued the Refund will be completed by Credit Card Refund or Company Check within 30 Days of that Decision.
IRONMACHINE Reserves the Right to Offer Store Credit ONLY.
